This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, seminars, workshops and training events (“Events”) booked on-line at

Vision Analytix (ABN: 672 774 04223) is a registered business name owned by parent company Environmetrics Australia Pty Ltd. (ACN: 120 870 091) (“Us”, “We”).

When a booking is made and paid on-line for a course offered by Vision Analytix, a binding contract is created between the participant (or the person / entity / organization making the booking if not booked by the participant) (“You”, “Your”) and Us.


● All Events are run subject to demand, and We reserve the right to alter dates, times, and venue of the course for reasons beyond our control.
● We recognise that Your needs may change at short notice and We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate Your needs, while ensuring that We do not suffer financially as a result.
● If We cancel an Event for any reason, You will be entitled to a full refund. This will not incur any administrative charges or penalties and will be paid within 28 days of the day on which the Event ceased being available.
● If We cancel an Event, We will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damage You may suffer including, but not limited to: penalties or fees associated with changing or cancelling travel arrangements and/or accommodation bookings; loss of deposits; loss of income; inconvenience.
● We reserve the right to substitute course instructors as necessary.


1. Cancellations can only be made by emailing Us at .
2. All cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the published Event start date and time. For example, cancellation of Your enrollment in an Event scheduled to start at 1:30pm on July 3, 2019 must be received by Us prior to 1:30pm on June 19, 2019 where the operative time-zone is that of the Event location.
3. For the purpose of this Policy, the cancellation date and time is that which appears on the cancellation email received by Us. This date and time may be different to the date/timestamp shown by Your computer system.
4. Cancellations made after the 14-day window referred to in 2 above will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Upon receipt of Your cancellation request, We will: (i) process Your request in accordance with the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy; and (ii) cancel Your booking and remove Your details from Our system at which time Our obligations to You under this Refund and Cancellation Policy will be deemed to have been fully met and Our continuing obligations to You under this Refund and Cancellation Policy cease to apply.
6. You can nominate a substitute if the participant named on the original booking is unable to attend. We must be notified at and provided details of any such substitution and You agree to be held liable for any and all charges (including cancellation fees) subsequently incurred or initiated by the substitute.
7. Refunds will not be given due to no show situations.


1. Refunds will only be credited back to the Credit card used to make the booking.
2. Any refund amount will: (a) be in Australian Dollars (AUD); and (b) be made in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and Refunds set out in Table 1 below.
3. We will not be liable for any transactional costs You may incur such as currency conversion fees, bank fees, credit card and other fees/charges.
